Cloud sync stops at the end of the period you paid for — the current month, or the current year on the yearly plan. You are not charged again after that. The graphs already in your browser stay exactly as they are — we never touch your local copy.

No. The calculator and Sankey chart are free and always will be. Cloud adds saving to your account and syncing between devices.

When you subscribe, the graphs in your browser are uploaded the next time you open the app. If you also have graphs saved from another device, both are kept — nothing is overwritten without a copy.

The yearly plan is one payment of $49.90 for twelve months of Cloud, which is $4.16 a month and $9.98 less than twelve monthly payments of $4.99. It renews once a year until you cancel. The features are identical to the monthly plan.

Yes, any time. Open your account page, choose Manage billing, then Update subscription and pick Monthly or Yearly. The new billing period starts when you switch and the unused part of what you already paid is credited. Going from monthly to yearly, the credit comes off today’s charge. Going from yearly to monthly, it is kept as a credit on your account and applied to your next monthly payments, not refunded. You keep Cloud without a gap.

Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Cloud until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund or prorate the rest of a period that has already started, which for a yearly plan means the remainder of the year. That is why the monthly plan is there if you would rather pay as you go.

Checkout and billing are run by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel from your account page.
